Beltway Express started because I saw a problem that needed solving.
In 2020, I noticed something that didn't make sense: healthcare facilities were paying skilled nursing staff $25-35 per hour to leave the building and make pharmacy runs. These weren't occasional errands—they were happening multiple times per day, every day.
Meanwhile, residents were waiting for care. Staff were stressed. And administrators were trying to figure out how to do more with less.

I realized I could help.
What started as simple pharmacy pickups for a couple of local facilities grew into a full healthcare logistics service. Today, we serve nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and medical offices throughout six Maryland counties, handling everything from daily prescription deliveries to urgent supply runs.
We've learned that our real value isn't just delivering packages—it's giving healthcare workers time back so they can focus on what matters: caring for residents.
